Three kinds of berries float in a delicious mixture of cream cheese amd strawberry jello.

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • Juice and grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 C. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 3/4 C. boiling water
  • 2 C. ice cubes
  • 2 C. sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
  • 1 store-bought 10-inch sponge cake

Beat cream cheese and sugar in bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Add lemon juice and grated peel. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice cubes, stirring until mixture is slightly thickened. Remove any un-melted ice cubes. Add sliced strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. Pour half the gelatin mixture on top of cake. Spoon cream cheese filling evenly over gelatin layer. Top with remaining gelatin mixture; refrigerate.
