This is a simple and very easy to make casserole. If you're a corn lover like me, you will love Jiffy corn casserole.

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/4 C. melted butter
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn

Simply mix all your ingredients together with a fork, then pour your mixture into a 12x7-inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until slightly browned.
