  • 1/3 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ C. parsley, chopped
  • 1 ¼ C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb. crab meat
  • 1 C. flour
  • 4 C. olive oil

Heat oil in a large skillet. Mix together mayonnaise, egg yolk, mustard, old bay, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and parsley in a large bowl. Add in breadcrumbs and stir, then fold in crab meat. Form patties ½ cup each and coat the outside of the patties with flour. Fry each crab cake for about 5 minutes or until crispy and golden, serve hot.
