  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 4 cups fresh bread cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking pan with butter. Using a large bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, eggs and milk; whisk. Stir in the cranberries and the breading. Pour mixture into baking pan after 15 minutes. Bake for 35 minutes.
