  • 8 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 T. paprika
  • 4 T. butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 C. chicken broth
  • ½ C. half-and-half
  • ¼ C. grated Parmesan
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp. thyme

Season the chicken with paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. In a heavy skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat, then add the chicken and sear until both sides are golden. Melt the remaining butter in the microwave, the pour into a roasting pan. Add the garlic, chicken broth, half-and-half, cheese, lemon juice, and thyme. Place the chicken into the pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
