  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 4 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked
  • Buns
  • Cheese slices
  • Additional toppings

In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, and onion powder. In a large bowl, use your hands to combine spices with ground beef. Shape into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze, transfer to resealable plastic bag, and keep frozen until needed. Thaw burgers and cook on a skillet until cooked through. Assemble burgers onto bus with bacon, cheese, and favorite toppings.
