  • 3 lb. beef round roast
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place roast in a pan and season with salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Roast in the oven for one hour, or until done. Remove from oven and let it cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.
