  • 1 1/3 C. chicken, shredded
  • 1 1/3 C. lettuce, chopped
  • 1 1/3 C. black beans, cooked
  • 1 1/3 C. Colby Jack cheese
  • ½ C. Pico de Gallo
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
