  • 1½ lb Skinless, boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 12 oz (1 1/2 Cups) of Water
  • 1 pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 box Yellow Rice
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1½ Tbsp Paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease casserole dish with cooking spray. Cook rice as directed on box. Mix water and cream of chicken soup together; slowly stir in dry onion mix. Steam peas. Add peas and mixture to rice and str well. Pour into dish and lay chicken thighs on top. Sprinkle paprika over dish and bake for 45 min. Turn thighs over halfway through, making sure both sides are a golden brown.
