  • 1 (10 lb.) cooked ham
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • 1/3 C. Dijon mustard
  • 2 C. apple juice or water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Score ham with diagonal slices and stuff with garlic and rosemary. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and mustard; brush over ham. Place ham into a roasting pan, add apple juice to the bottom of the pan, and bake for 2 hours until heated through.
