  • ½ C. ranch dressing
  • 4 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. salt
  • 5 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. or more, if desired
  • 1 T. rosemary
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 green pepper

Mix ranch dressing, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, rosemary and salt. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes. Cut chicken into desired size cubes. Cut the onion and green pepper into small squares and assemble the skewer with the two and the chicken.
Grill skewers for about 10 minutes. Serve with side salad, rice and a side of ranch dressing.
