  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/3 C. jerk seasoning sauce
  • Fresh or frozen corn
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Mixed leafy greens

Cut chicken into vertical strips and place in a bowl. Mix in your jerk seasoning sauce and stir together. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Drain the chicken and thread them onto skewers.
