  • 1 fresh garlic clove, minced
  • 1 purple onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 13/4 lbs. ground lamb, 80% lean
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 C. apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 each Hamburger buns
