Juicy Pork Roast
Serving Size / Yield
- 5 lb. pork shoulder (or butt)
- 1 head of garlic cloves, peeled
- ½ C. chicken broth
- 1 ½ tsp. Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Season the pork with the garlic, salt, and pepper. Place it in a large pan and pour in the chicken broth and add the garlic cloves. Roast at 325 degrees for 3 ½ hours. Let the roast sit for 40 minutes. Preheat your oven to 475 degrees and continue to cook the roast for an additional 20 minutes.
