  • 1 (3 lb.) boneless chuck roast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • 1 (14 oz.) can beef broth
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped

In your pressure cooker, heat oil and brown roast on all sides; season generously with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add in broth, Worcestershire, and onion; cover, bring to high pressure, reduce heat to low, and cook for 30 minutes. Add in carrots and potatoes, cover again, increase pressure, and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
