  • 8 boneless pork chops
  • 1 white onion, julienned
  • 1 ½ C. Merlot
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Thyme
  • 3 tsp. Garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Toss all of the seasonings and oil over the pork chops and onions in a baking dish. Pour the wine on top and bake for 40 minutes until the chops are cooked through.
