  • 4 sirloin steaks
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 2 Tbs. fresh rosemary, stems removed, chopped (more to garnish if desired)
  • 2 Tbs. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs. fresh ground pepper
  • 1 Tbs. garlic, minced

Rub each sirloin with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary on both sides. Rub garlic on one side one side of the steak. Allow to sit on counter top for at least 30 minutes to an hour to bring to room temperature and let seasoning sink in. Preheat the grill to high heat.

Place steaks on grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.
