  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped into pieces
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. water
  • ¼ C. sugar
  • ¼ C. brown sugar
  • ½ C. soy sauce
  • ¼ C. apple cider vinegar
  • 3 T. orange juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • ¼ C. toasted sesame seeds

In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Mix in sugar, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, orange juice, garlic, and ginger; stir in sesame seeds. In a large resealable freezer bag, add chicken and pour in sauce. Seal, shake to coat, and freeze until ready to use. Thaw out overnight in refrigerator, pour chicken and sauce into a greased baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes on both sides at 350 degrees.
