  • 8 red potatoes
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 tsp. crushed dill

Wash potatoes. Boil until slightly soft. Cut in half, or fourths, depending on size. In pan, melt butter over medium heat and then add garlic. Once the garlic become fragrant, add potatoes and pan-fry until golden brown.
