  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 and 1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup tartar sauce

Begin by pounding chicken breast until they are 1/2 inch thick.  Mix seasoned salt and pepper with breadcrumbs.  Dust chicken with breadcrumbs, dip in milk, and then dip the chicken back into the breadcrumbs.  Place the chicken into a frying pan and fry with vegetable oil.  Fry on medium heat until golden brown. When done remove chicken and place on plate.  Spread breasts with tartar sauce and enjoy.
