Just Like Ruby Tuesday’s Fire Wings

- 5 lbs. chicken wings
- 10 oz. hot pepper sauce
- 8 tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
- Extra virgin olive oil, for frying
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour olive oil into a pot and put pot over high heat. Begin frying the chicken wings, only place about 12 at a time in the pot. Allow wings to fry for about 6 minutes or until golden brown. Remove wings and drain when done. Place a saucepan over medium heat and add hot pepper sauce, hot sauce, and margarine. Turn off heat once mixture begins to bubble. Toss chicken wings with hot sauce mixture. Bake in oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with ranch dip or your favorite dipping sauce.
