Kamut® Spaghetti with Miso Pesto

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Eden Organic Kamut Spaghetti
- 1/2 C. pine nuts, or walnuts
- 2 Tbs. Eden Selected Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 1/2 Tbs. Eden Organic Shiro Miso
- 1/2 C. water
- 4 C. fresh basil, loosely packed, or half basil, half parsley
Directions
Cook pasta as package directs and drain. Toast nuts in a dry skillet until golden brown. In a blender, grind nuts and add olive oil, garlic, miso, water and blend until smooth. Add basil and or parsley to the blender and blend until creamy. Pour pesto over pasta, mix and serve.
