Karen's Fabulous Pork Chops
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1 10-3/4 oz. can of undiluted cream of onion soup
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. dried sweet basil leaves
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Place chops in a crockpot. Cover with soup and mushrooms. Put spices on top and do NOT mix. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chops are cooked through.
Makes 4-6 servings (depending on number of pork chops used).
Note: The sauce makes a great gravy to go with potatoes, too.
