  • 1.5 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup dried bread crumbs
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl mix the beef, egg, onion, and bread crumbs. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place this into a greased loaf pan. In a separate bowl combine the brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup and add on top of the meat loaf. Place aluminum foil over the top to cook evenly and bake for 1 hour.
