  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • ¼ cup raisings
  • ½ cup basamati rice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup candied dates

Directions

Boil the coconut milk, sugar, and milk in a saucepan. Add the rice and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Stir in the raisins and cardamom and cook for a few extra minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle in cashews and candied dates.
