This is by far my favorite recipe for corn on the cob. It has plenty of spices and Parmesan cheese.

  • 6 ears fresh or frozen sweet corn
  • 1 Tbs. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 C. butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Add corn to boiling water and cook 15 minutes. Remove from water and place in rectangular dish. Sprinkle with spices and add butter. Sprinkle corn with Parmesan cheese. Cover dish with foil and place in warm oven until ready to serve.
