Kielbasa and Potatoes

This crockpot meal with Polish sausage is a snap.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 box dry scalloped potato mix
  • 1 lb. cooked kielbasa, cut to fit crockpot

Directions

Place onion in bottom of crockpot and top with dried potatoes, sauce mix and 1/2 the amount of liquid called for on package.  Top with sausage.  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
