Kim's Italian Marinated Roast
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 C. water
- 1 1/2 C. ketchup
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (1.5 oz.)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3-4 lb. beef roast
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients; place in plastic sealable bag. Poke several holes in roast and add to marinade; put in refrigerator overnight (or at least 8 hours). Drain roast, reserving marinade. Place on rack in roasting pan. Boil marinade rapidly for 1 minute, pour over roast. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes.
