Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  • 1 Cup Chopped Kimchi
  • 2 tbsp Kimchi Sauce
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Soy Sauce to Taste
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

Begin by melting butter in a pan and cooking onions. Cook onions until almost translucent. Then, combine kimchi and kimchi juice. Cook for a couple minutes and then add rice into the mix. Stir this for about 5 minutes and then add sesame oil and soy sauce. Cook until golden brown. While rice begins to golden, fry eggs using the vegetable oil. Serve rice in a bowl and place fried eggs on top. Season with salt and pepper and you are good to go.
