This delicious and easy recipe was inspired by King Arthur Flour's French Kiss Cookie mix.

Ingredients

  • 14 French Kiss cookies
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened slightly

Directions

First, bake the King Arthur French Kiss Cookies.Work quickly, using ice cream scoop and evenly scoop ice cream on flat side of 7 French Kiss cookies. Top with remaining cookies, flat side down.

Wrap each one in plastic wrap and freeze, until firm. Approximately 2 hours.
