Instead of making your basic type of fudge, go all out with this one. Jam-packed with cherries, pistachios and coconut, it has definitely earned its title. Kids are sure to love this recipe too!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 bags semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 C shelled pistachios, chopped
  • 3/4 C dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 C coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Directions

Line baking dish with aluminum foil.

In a saucepan, mix chocolate chips and condensed milk over low heat. Stir until chocolate is melted and texture is smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt afterwards. Add in pistachios, cherries and coconut flakes and mix until well combined.

Pour mixture into baking dish and refrigerate for at least two hours. Cut fudge into pieces and serve.
