Serve this chilled kiwi and champagne mixture in a bowl or in a cup and watch as your guests smile with joy after tasting this.

  • 1 lb. kiwi fruit peeled and cut up
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 bottle Asti Spumonti
  • 1/2-C. sugar

Peel and slice Kiwi fruit. Place in blender then add champagne, lemon juice and sugar. Blend at medium speed until well blended. Refrigerate until very cold. Serve in chilled bowls or cups. This is good with two qt. of strawberries instead of kiwi.

Makes 8 servings.
