Kiwi Pearl Champagne
- 1 Zespri green kiwi
- 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
Cut kiwi in half. Using a 1/2-inch melon baller, scoop into small balls to create kiwi pearls. Fill fluted glasses with champagne. Drop 3 to 4 kiwi pearls into each glass and serve immediately.
For a "mocktail," substitute sparkling grape juice for champagne.
