Kiwi Sauce Drizzled Tuna Skewers
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 1/2 lb. tuna
- 2 kiwis, peeled,sliced thin
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Cut tuna into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Slide onto skewers and grill for 3 to 6 minutes on each side, or until well browned.
In a blender combine kiwis, lemon juice, olive oil and mustard and blend smooth.
Serve tuna skewers and drizzle with kiwi sauce.
