This a great way to get your daily fruit servings in with a great taste and full of nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 2 med. skinless kiwi
  • 2 peeled tangelos
  • 1 med. banana
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Directions

Wash all fruit, put in blender until smooth, add ice cubes and drink up for a nice refreshing fruit drink that's low in calories and high in nutrients.
