Kiwifruit and Fresh Banana Smoothie
- 1 C. low or non fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 C. low or non fat milk
- 1 medium Kiwi peeled and quartered
- ½ Fresh banana
- 4 Ice cubes
- For sweeter smoothie add:
- 1 Tbs. sugar or 1 packet of Equal
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
Makes 2 servings.
