Ingredients

  • 1 C. low or non fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 C. low or non fat milk
  • 1 medium Kiwi peeled and quartered
  • ½ Fresh banana
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • For sweeter smoothie add:
  • 1 Tbs. sugar or 1 packet of Equal

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix at high speed for 30 to 45 seconds.
