Korean Bool Kogi

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. bool kogi marinated beef ribs
  • 6 oz. rice noodles
  • 3 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbs. sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 C. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

Cook meat over medium-high heat over a grill to desired doneness.  Remove meat and cover with foil for 10 minutes.


Cook noodles according to package and drain.  Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic until combined.  Pour dressing onto cooked noodles and toss well, then add carrots and mushrooms. 


Slice meat into thick strips.  Place noodles in a bowl, top with vegetables and meat, and garnish with green onion.
