  • Chicken:
  • 10 single chicken wings
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • For the Sesame Sauce:
  • 2 T. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, chopped into pieces
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 1 T. sesame seeds
  • 1 T. sriracha

Before you begin, make sure to preheat the oven to 450°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the chicken. Then, place the chicken wings in the mixing bowl. Make sure to coat the wings evenly. Place on a baking sheet. Bake the wings for about 15 minutes and then flip them over. While you wait, you can create the sesame sauce. In a pan, add all of the ingredients for the sauce except the sesame seeds. Bring the mixture to a boil for about 10 minutes. When the wings are out of the oven, add the sauce to them and drizzle them with sesame seeds for a finishing touch.
