  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 0.2 c. of sesame seeds
  • 1 c. of spinach, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lb of pork
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of oregano

Marinate pork in soy sauce, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano. Leave for 1 hour. Place pork in a slow cooker and cook for 5 hours of medium. Meanwhile, combine together in a deep bowl grated carrot, spinach and broccoli. Add porkand sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil on top, add salt and pepper to taste, stir well.
