Krispy Butterscotch Squares

Let the kid inside you come out. Make a batch of krispy squares, grab your favorite video and forget all your adult worries.

Ingredients

  • 4 C. toasted rice cereal, crushed to about 2 C.
  • 1 C. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 C. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/3 C. sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 can Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand
  • 6 Tbs semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions

Combine cereal, butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut. Add Eagle Brand; mix well. Spread mixture into parchment paper-lined 8-inch square pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until just golden brown. Cool thoroughly. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Chill until chocolate is set. Cut into squares.

Yield: 16 squares
