  • 1 lb. chicken wings
  • 1 Tbs. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 3 Tbs. green onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Mix wings and cornstarch in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Heal oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and stir fry for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet. Add onions, cloves, Sriracha and ginger to skillet. Stir fry until fragrant. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and pour in skillet. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Let it sit until heated thoroughly.
