  • 3 lbs. rotisserie chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Tear chicken into pieces and place into a 9x13 inch pan.  Mix soup with milk and heat in the microwave until warm.  Pour mixture on top of chicken.  Smash Ritz crackers and combine them with the melted butter.  Pour crumbs over chicken and soup mixture.  Bake for about 40 minutes, or until crackers are browned.
