Ingredients

  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • One 15-ounce can refried pinto beans
  • One 4-ounce can of green chilies
  • 2 cups of guacamole
  • 1½ cups of salsa
  • 1¼ cups of shredded Chihuahua cheese
  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup of chopped scallions
  • Tortilla chips, as needed for serving

Directions

Mix the sour cream in a small bowl with the taco seasoning.
In another small bowl, mix the beans with the chilies.
To begin layering, in the base of a bowl or dish begin spreading the beans evenly.
Spread an even layer of sour cream over the beans.
Then spread another even layer of beans over the sour cream.
Spread an even layer of guacamole over the beans.
Spread salsa over guacamole.
Sprinkle an even layer of cheese over the salsa. Finally, top the dip with the tomatoes, then the scallions.
Serve with tortilla chips.
