Layered Fiesta Dip

Ingredients
- 3 med. ripe avocados
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 bunch green onions
- 3 medium-sized red tomatoes
- 1 C. pitted black olives
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
- 2 C. canned bean dip
Directions
Peel avocados and remove seeds. Mash together with the lemon juice, salt, and garlic powder. Set aside. Mix together mayonnaise, chili powder, and onion salt. Set aside. Remove roots from green onions and chip into 1/2-inch pieces. Remove stems from tomatoes and cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Chop black olives into 1/2-inch pieces. Grate cheese. Layer ingredients on a large plate or platter in the following order: bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, tomatoes, olives, and cheese. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.
