Layered Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. chopped pecans (or your choice of nuts)
- Layer 1:
- 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese (or your choice of brand)
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 1 C. Cool Whip
- Layer 2:
- 1 (large) package chocolate instant pudding
- 3 C. milk
- Layer 3:
- 1 (large) package vanilla instant pudding
- 3 C. milk
Directions
For crust: Mix together ingredients for crust and press in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then let cool. Blend ingredients for 1st layer and spread on cooled crust. Mix layer 2 ingredients together very well and spread on 1st layer. Mix last layer ingredients together very well and spread on 2nd layer. If you want, put the rest of the Cool Whip on top of this layer. Use chopped pecans on top, if you like.
