Layered Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 C. flour
- 1 C. chopped pecans (or your choice of nuts)
- Layer 1:
- 1 (8 oz.) package Philadelphia cream cheese (or your choice of brand)
- 2 C. powdered sugar
- 1 C. Cool Whip
- Layer 2:
- 1 (large) package CHOCOLATE instant pudding
- 3 C. milk
- Layer 3:
- 1 (large) package VANILLA instant pudding
- 3 C. milk
Directions
For crust: Mix together ingredients for crust & press in a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350ยบ for 20 minutes. Then let cool. Blend ingredients for 1st layer & spread on cooled crust. Mix layer 2 ingredients together very well & spread on 1st layer. Mix last layer ingredients together very well & spread on 2nd layer. If you want, put the rest of the Cool Whip on top of this layer. Use chopped pecans on top, if you like.
