Layered Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- one 9-oz. package cheese tortellini
- 2 C. red cabbage
- 6 C. spinach leaves, torn
- 1 C. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 C. green onion, sliced
- 1 C. prepared ranch dressing
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a 9x13 inch pan, layer cabbage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes, and green onion. Pour dressing evenly over top. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
