Layered Vanilla and Caramel Puddings Drizzled with Caramel Sauce
Serving Size / Yield
- 2 pkg. of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 C. caramel candy pieces
- 1 1/4 C. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 C. unsalted butter
- 1/2 C. whipping cream
Prepare each package of vanilla pudding separately. For second mix, melt caramel pieces in microwave and add to pudding mix. Pour layers of vanilla and caramel pudding mixes in jello mold. Chill pudding in fridge until thick. For caramel sauce, mix brown sugar and butter in saucepan over medium heat until butter melts. Add in cream and stir until sauce is smooth. When pudding is ready, pour caramel sauce over.
