The only reason I like to call this a lazy cobbler is because I make you decided what pie filling you want. You can pick all sorts of flavors or fresh fruits for this.

Ingredients

  • 1 large can pie filling of choice or make your own filling
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 C. self-rising flour
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 stick (1/2 C.) melted butter

Directions

Mix milk, flour, sugar, and butter together. Pour into large square cake pan. Drop pie filling into batter spreading evenly as possible throughout the whole thing. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown and a toothpick will come out clean when center is tested.
