Lazy Lemon Pie
Ingredients
- 2 pkg. non-dairy whipped topping mix; dry
- 2 3/4 C. milk
- 7 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 9" graham cracker crust
Directions
Combine whipped topping mix with cold milk; stir until smooth. Add instant lemon pudding mix. Using an electric mixer, beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Spoon into pie crust. Chill for 4 hours until set.
